An E.C.A.D.R. Dog
A Shih Tzu (mix?) estimated between
14 and 18 months old, little Corky is as good as they come! He and
his friend Cassius, a Pug/Chi mix, were dumped in the overnight bin
of a shelter with no information whatsoever. Just dumped and left.
And it's so hard to imagine why - they are both "keepers." Corky
is about 14 lbs., loves his stuffy toys, and is a definite "bed
dog." He will snuggle in the back of your knees and just stay
there until morning. He is equally at home playiing with dogs and
cats. He has not been around children while in foster care as of
yet - but he is such a sweet dog that he would likely do well with
older, respectful kids (no toddlers for any of our small dogs, please!).
Corky is being fostered in Milmay, NJ and his asking adoption fee
is $300.
E-MAIL INQUIRIES WILL BE RESPONDED
TO MUCH FASTER THAN TELEPHONE CALLS.
NOTE: Due to the volatile price of
gas, getting multiple volunteers to help with long distance transporting
is no longer feasible. We
have listed the town and state where each dog is being fostered.
Please consider how far you are willing to travel when filling
out the application. The foster home will usually volunteer to help
with
transport for a reasonable distance.
