Laurel

An E.C.A.D.R. Dog

Laurel is approximately one year old and only 12 lbs. That 12 lbs. is the very best of lap dogs! She has very few needs except to either sit in your lap or on a pillow beside you on the floor. She loves to curl up with you on the bed and sleep the night away. She was found with her beautiful fawn coat so matted that it took a groomer almost 4 hrs. to shave her. She didn't understand what her tail was when it touched her back! But she is learning that it is just another plaything :o)!

Laurel likes to play beside you with a stuffed toy. She likes to take short walks, but would rather just go out and do her business and then come back inside and get into your lap. All she wants is to be loved, allowed to be the lovely young lady that she is, and share your life with you. She is spayed, UTD on shots, microchipped, and housebroken. Laurel wants nothing more than to be with her person, sit in their lap, and curl up beside them on the bed. She's just a lovely, gentle, sweet dog.

Laurel is being fostered in Chapel Hill, NC and her asking adoption fee is $300.

NOTE: Due to the volatile price of gas, getting multiple volunteers to help with long distance transporting is no longer feasible. We have listed the town and state where each dog is being fostered. Please consider how far you are willing to travel when filling out the application. The foster home will usually volunteer to help with transport for a reasonable distance.
