An E.C.A.D.R. Dog
Li Shi (meaning "Lucky" - as in very lucky we found him at a very high-kill shelter before it was too late!) is a handsome white and tan, 7 or 8 year old Pekingese boy.
Li Shi is crate trained, but isn't really in need of crating as his house manners are good. He is a loner, but good with the other dogs, as well as cats, in his foster home. But he is highly food bowl aggressive and needs to be fed separately. Oddly, this is only with his own bowl - the other bowls from the other dogs can be left on the floor and he won't go near them. He won't willingly let you take his bowl away, so it needs to be pulled away with a broom or other device. Immediately when it's picked up and out of sight, he is back to being a nice little dog. He likes a bath, but doesn't like his face messed around with.
Li Shi is being fostered in Atlantic County, New Jersey and his asking adoption fee is $125.
